Cruvella is an independent cruise booking agency at cruvella.com. We help travelers discuss cruise options, request quotes and review the terms of a proposed booking. We are not a cruise line, ship operator, or the official reservations or customer-service department for a cruise brand.
Cruise line names, ship names and other third-party marks identify the travel options discussed. Their use does not imply ownership, endorsement or an official affiliation.
Planning information and quote requests
Route descriptions, photographs, ships, durations and itinerary examples on this website are planning information, not live inventory or a confirmed offer. Actual ships, departure dates, ports, cabin availability and inclusions must be checked for the specific sailing.
Calling or emailing Cruvella, choosing website preferences or requesting a quote does not reserve a cabin, create a payment obligation or confirm a booking. A reservation is confirmed only when the relevant supplier accepts it, applicable payment requirements are met and confirmation is issued.
Quotes, payment and agency fees
Before you authorize payment, review a written quote identifying the supplier, sailing, passengers, cabin category, currency, total amount, deposit, payment deadlines and applicable terms. Ask which business will process the payment and appear on your payment statement.
The quote should distinguish the cruise fare from taxes, port charges, mandatory charges and optional extras. Any Cruvella service fee, if applicable, will be disclosed separately with what it covers and its refund terms before payment authorization. If you do not understand a fee or the business collecting payment, ask for clarification before you authorize the transaction.
Fares and availability can change before confirmation. Optional insurance, excursions, beverage packages, specialty dining or other extras should not be assumed included unless the specific quote states that they are.

Changes, cancellations and refunds
Supplier change fees, cancellation penalties, refund eligibility, future cruise credits and no-show rules depend on the particular booking. Cruvella can help review requests for bookings arranged through our agency, but cannot promise a supplier will approve a change or refund.
Terms for any Cruvella agency service fee are separate from supplier charges and must be stated before payment. Please also read the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Bookings made elsewhere
If another agency or a cruise line made your reservation, contact that original booking provider for account access, changes, payment issues and cancellations. We may not have access to, or authority to change, a reservation held by another business.
Website use and third-party services
Use this website for lawful cruise research and inquiries. Website information may change and does not replace the final supplier contract. External cruise, payment or other service websites apply their own terms and privacy notices.
